Marketing Consultant Role
Altus Regional Consulting Solutions (Caribbean) Ltd. is seeking dynamic Marketing Consultants to join our network. The ideal candidates will work as part of our team, developing marketing solutions that increase our clients’ market presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of market research, data analysis, and the ability to forecast marketing trends. Marketing Consultants will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective campaigns, ensuring alignment with our client’s strategic objectives. Consequently, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience in the Caribbean market is also a plus. Education Background
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree would be preferred.
Experience Required
At least 5 years of experience in a marketing consultancy role, with a focus on the Caribbean market. International experience is a plus.

The Marketing Consultant at will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our client’s business objectives. In addition, this role includes conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, creating detailed marketing plans, and overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives. The role also involves analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed. Further, the consultant will provide expert advice on branding, positioning, and market penetration to enhance our clients’ competitive edge in the Caribbean market. Effective communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a results-driven approach are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Consultant will be required to:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the Caribbean market dynamics.
- Identify growth opportunities for both regional businesses seeking global expansion and international companies aiming to enter the Caribbean market.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to clients’ business objectives, ensuring alignment with their vision for regional and international market penetration.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations on branding, market positioning, and competitive differentiation to enhance clients’ market presence and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with clients to create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate their value proposition to target audiences.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to maximize clients’ online visibility and engagement, driving traffic and generating leads.
- Offer ongoing consultation and support to clients, adjusting marketing strategies as needed based on market feedback and performance metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders within the Caribbean market to enhance clients’ reach and reputation.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies to provide forward-thinking advice and services.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to demonstrate campaign progress and ROI to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Work closely with the Altus Regional team to ensure a cohesive approach.

- Digital Marketing: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media marketing and content management.
- Brand Management: Experience in building and managing brand strategies, including positioning and messaging for diverse markets.
- Client Relations: Excellent client service skills with a track record of maintaining long-term relationships and understanding client needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and listen actively to understand the client’s needs.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiator with ability to adjust negotiation strategies to suit different situations.
- Analytical Thinking: Competence in analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions.
