Guidelines for Submitting an Article
By submitting an article to our Blog, you (the author) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.2 Content must be relevant to our audience and align with our Blog’s focus.
1.3 Tone must be professional and not contain any overly promotional language.
2. Article Length
2.1 Articles should be between 800 and 1200 words.
2.2 Longer articles will be considered based on their depth and value.
3. Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Tools
3.1 GenAI tools may be used in the preparation of articles.
3.2 Author is responsible for verifying the accuracy and originality of AI-generated content.
3.3 AI-generated content must not contain any biased or misleading information.
4. Formatting
4.1 Article should be formatted with headings, subheadings, bullet points, and use short paragraphs to enhance readability.
5. Citations and References
5.1 Sources and legal authorities must be properly cited and links to referenced content should be included where applicable.
5.2 A Bibliography citing references with hyperlinks should be included at the end of the article.
6. Author Bio
6.1 Author must submit a short bio between 100 – 150 words along with a high-quality headshot. Altus Regional will contact author via email to request the photo if the article is approved for publication.
Professional credentials, current position, and a link to the author’s website and/or LinkedIn profile will be included with the article(s).

7.1 Original articles must be uploaded using the form on this page.
7.2 Our Editorial Team will review your submission and respond within 2-3 weeks.
8. Editing
8.1 Our Editorial Team reserves the right to make minor edits for clarity, grammar, style, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
8.2 Substantial changes will be communicated to the author for approval.
9. Approval and Publication
9.1 If the article is approved, will contact you to request your headshot and notify you of the publication date.
9.2 You will receive a link to the published article, which you can share on your social media and website.
9.3 Altus Regional retains the right to reject an article if the article does not meet the quality standards of Altus Regional as determined by our editorial team.
Copyright, Revisions and Removal

10.1 Author grants Altus Regional a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and promote the content on our Blog and associated social media channels.
10.2 Authors must ensure that their submissions are original and not plagiarized, do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
11. Requests for Revision
11.1 Authors may request to revise or update their articles at any time by emailing us.
