Lendor brings a wealth of experience in port management and strategic planning, having served at the helm of two of the leading ports in the Caribbean. With over twenty years of experience in the maritime industry, Lendor is well known for his leadership and expertise, and is an honorary member of the Port Management Association of the Caribbean (PMAC), having served as Vice Chairman and Chairman for over a decade.

In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Lendor is known for his dedication to mentorship and youth development. Hailing from St. Lucia, Lendor has served as Adjunct Professor at Monroe College teaching Strategic Managment, as well as Conflict Management and Negotiation. He has also served as Lecturer at the University of the Southern Caribbean, St. Lucia Campus and the University of the West Indies Open Campus. With his unparalleled experience and unwavering commitment to excellence, Lendor is a valuable consultant to any organization looking to drive growth and success in the maritime industry.
